Your are willing to change your mind if new information comes in that runs counter to previous held view. You focus on finding the best solution to the problem at hand, not one that aligns with you pre-conceived notions.

You don’t shy away from difficult conversations. You provide feedback regularly. You are direct and kind, and focus on actions and consequences in your feedback.
