This question is often asked towards the end of the interview and offers a great opportunity to neatly summarize your candidacy. Below is a solid example of how to answer this question in a structured and convincing manner.

You Should Hire Me for Six Reasons

  1. I already have the necessary experience that is required for the job description.
  2. I have the necessary skills, qualities and attributes to come into the role, learn the position quickly and I will therefore need limited supervising moving forward.
  3. I have an impressive track record of achievement in previous roles. I have always achieved both on my own and as part of a wider team.
  4. I am the type of person who will always embrace change positively. I understand that for a company to succeed it needs to continually change and evolve to meet its expectations to its customers and clients.
  5. I will always take responsibility for my own ongoing professional development so that I stay at the cutting edge of what is required within the role.
  6. Finally, reason number six, I believe that if you do hire me you will quickly see a positive return on your investment.
